I'mI have been broadcasting on radio now for a number of years in Oxfordshire for the BBC. I enjoy the opportunity to talk about food and cooking with the added challenge of cooking in the studio. This makes the whole experience interesting and immediate as the recipes come to life on air.

I am a great believer in writing about what you enjoy most. I hope that my passion for food is apparent in my writing. I write for OX and HC Magazines in Oxforshire and the Home Counties. I have also written for a number of other local magazines and publications

I am passionate about local food, food issues and how we source our food today and in the future. I am concerned about the sustainability of how we grow, produce, harvest and process our food.

That is why I created the Wallingford Food Festival and I believe that we can make a difference not our health through eating locally produced ingredients and improve our lifestyles by focussing on local suppliers and producers. I tutor at the WI Cookery School in Denman College. I have also developed cookery courses for clients in their own kitchens, making it a uniquely personal experience.
