My business is catering and through my work with local markets such as Wolvercote, East Oxford and others I understand the importance of sourcing ingredients from the best suppliers/producers possible. If you need catering for a private or business event the food will be sourced from as many local producers as possible. The quality of the produce and ingredients will not disappoint!

The Late Chef can also call on other suppliers, all local, to provide a complete service. From wine to equipment hire, marquees to entertainers, if you need it The Late Chef can solve that for you!

I love markets! The buzz of customers and the wonderful range of fresh food from meat to cheese, vegetables to bread and so much more.
You can find me at the Wolvercote Market on a Sunday morning or at the East Oxford market on a Saturday morning. I try to be there twice a month selling my range of deli style food from Game Terrine, Chicken Galantine, Traditional Pork Pie, Chicken and Ham Pie, Normandy Apple tarts and a range of frozen food.
